Sweet pretzel dough with raisins (Yeast dough)
Sweet yeast dough base for preparing sweet braids or pretzels. Preparation instructions: Thaw the dough at room temperature. Braid into a stritsel or shape into a kringle, adding fillings if desired. Allow to proof in a proofer at approximately 37°C with 70% humidity for about 1 hour. Bake at 180–190°C until golden brown. Baking time may vary depending on the oven used.
