Yeast dough pastry, stuffed with vanilla cream. Deep frozen. Preparation: The product need to defrost at room temperature, and then lift the cabinet temperature of about 37°C in 70% humidity for about 1 hour. Then bake the product at approximately 220°C for ca 8minutes.
